The Kids Can Emergency Plan

The Kids Can Emergency Plan is a coloring and activity book designed for elementary-aged children. The text and illustration of this 25-page booklet covers everything from basic ways to call for help in an emergency, to the response in case of specific events. Each “event” (e.g., fire, flood, tornado, earthquake, rockslide and power outage) is explained and specific instructions are provided on what a child could do during such an emergency.
